LCAA - GRAA Cross Country Coaches Information   Information from the League Meeting:  -  Letchworth has a team of 1 girl who is in Class C and Division II  - Entry form for the Cougar Invite (GCC), McQuaid Invite and Sectionals needs to be done on yentiming.com  - Send your roster to Dan Freeman at Cal - Mum by the third week of September so he can enter names for the County Championships (dfreeman@cal-mum.org)  - Sectional Entries are due by Sunday night after Counties. Bring your athlete certification forms to the County Meet at LeRoy.  - Sectionals will have a $5 / car parking fee but will include a Sectional Packet.  - NO TEAMS are allowed on the Sectional Course - other than the day of the Cougar Invite or during the open practice on Saturday Oct 23 from 3:00 - 5:00 - contact Andy Buckenmeyer to let him know if you will be attending.  - Remember to start meets at 4:30 or later - but do not start earlier than 4:30. 1) Host schools, please send top 10 boys and top 10 girls results to me using the EXCEL file  by Thursday morning at the very latest.  Follow the TIPS at the bottom of the page. 2) If you are hosting an invitational, please send me an excel or word file with your results to post online.
