LCAA - GRAA Cross Country Coaches Information Entry form for the Sectional Championships is available.   1) Host schools, please send top 10 boys and top 10 girls resutls to me using the EXCEL file  by Thursday morning at the very latest. Fill in the yellow boxes with your location and date. Then enter the top 10 boys and girls names / schools. For the time, be sure to put the minute in the min. column and the second under the sec. column. Be sure to enter scores to the right. (there are probably more spaces for scores than you need). Email me if you have any questions. 2) If you are hosting an invitational, please send me an excel or word file with your results to post online. If they are already posted on another website ("tullyrunners" or "the armory"), then send me the link. 3) The Sectional Championships Form will be available soon.
